Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for purchases made on Kling Motion Control. By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Overview

Kling Motion Control sells digital credits and subscription access for AI video generation. Because delivered value is digital and consumed immediately upon use, most purchases are final once credits are used or generation has started.

2. Eligible Refunds

We may approve a refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges confirmed by our payment records.

• A technical failure on our platform that prevented you from receiving the service you paid for, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time after you contacted support.

• Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification with our payment provider.

• Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Credits that have already been used to generate videos.

• Partially used credit packages or subscription periods.

• Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, or subjective results, where the service functioned as described.

• Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including the prohibition on NSFW or illegal content.

• Promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@klingmotion.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email, order or payment reference, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–14 business days after approval. We do not refund to alternative payment methods except where required by law.

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel renewal through your account or billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless eligible under this policy or applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
