By accessing or using Kling Motion Control, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

Kling Motion Control provides an AI motion transfer service that applies motion from a reference video to a character image, generating one-shot videos (up to about 30 seconds) with preserved identity, prompt-guided background control, and optional audio preservation. The service is intended for creative, social, and professional content creation.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Kling Motion Control may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe others' rights, or assist others in doing so. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to character images and motion reference videos you upload.

Kling Motion Control may operate on credits or subscriptions to generate videos. Credits must be purchased through our payment system. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, purchases are non-refundable. Credits may be subject to account status and closure policies.

You may upload character images, motion reference videos, prompts, and optional audio to generate videos. You retain rights to your uploads and outputs, while granting us a limited license to process, host, and deliver them as needed to provide and improve the service.

You may not use Kling Motion Control to generate content that is illegal, harmful, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the models; or to bypass safety features. Commercial use may require additional permissions.

Kling Motion Control is an AI-powered service and may produce imperfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, identity drift, motion inaccuracies, or other inconsistencies. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Kling Motion Control, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kling Motion Control regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
