Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kling Motion Control, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

Kling Motion Control provides an AI motion transfer service that applies motion from a reference video to a character image, generating one-shot videos (up to about 30 seconds) with preserved identity, prompt-guided background control, and optional audio preservation. The service is intended for creative, social, and professional content creation.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Kling Motion Control may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe others' rights, or assist others in doing so. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to character images and motion reference videos you upload.

Kling Motion Control may operate on credits or subscriptions to generate videos. Credits must be purchased through our payment system. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Credits may be subject to account status and closure policies.

You may upload character images, motion reference videos, prompts, and optional audio to generate videos. You retain rights to your uploads and outputs, while granting us a limited license to process, host, and deliver them as needed to provide and improve the service.

You may not use Kling Motion Control to generate content that is illegal, harmful, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the models; or to bypass safety features. Commercial use may require additional permissions.

You must not use the service to create, share, or promote pornographic material, sexually explicit content, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) chat bots or applications. Violation of this policy may result in termination of your access.

You may not upload, generate, publish, distribute, or request content that falls into prohibited categories. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content.

• Graphic violence, credible threats, instructions for serious harm, or content that promotes illegal activity.

• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content targeting people or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.

• Child safety violations, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or any content that endangers children. Never upload, generate, request, share, or link to CSAM. Users under 18 are not permitted to access or use Kling Motion Control.

• Deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive identity manipulation, including using another person's face, likeness, voice, name, or identity without that person's authorization or consent, or presenting synthetic media in a way intended to deceive others about its authenticity.

We may remove content, block generation, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful material to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

If you believe content generated or shared through Kling Motion Control violates these Terms, our content standards, or applicable law, email support@klingmotion.com with the subject line “Content Report.” Include, when available, the content URL or task identifier, the category of suspected violation, a short explanation, and any non-sensitive supporting context that can help us locate and assess the content. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM; provide only the URL or task identifier and report it to the appropriate local authority where required.

We will acknowledge reports as soon as reasonably practicable, prioritize credible child-safety threats and risks of imminent physical harm, and review other reports in a reasonable time. After review, we may block generation, remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or report unlawful material to hosting providers or appropriate authorities when required or appropriate. We may not be able to share details of an investigation or action where doing so would affect privacy, security, or legal obligations.

Kling Motion Control is an AI-powered service and may produce imperfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, identity drift, motion inaccuracies, or other inconsistencies. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Kling Motion Control, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kling Motion Control regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
