We collect information you provide directly, such as account details (name, email), feedback, and support requests. When you generate videos, we collect your uploaded character images, motion reference videos (typically 3–30 seconds), optional prompts, and related metadata necessary to deliver Kling Motion Control.

When you use Kling Motion Control, we process the character image, motion reference video (or a motion clip you select), prompts, optional audio, and the generated video outputs. We do not use your uploaded or generated content for model training without your explicit consent.

When you access or use our services, we automatically collect device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, feature usage, session duration) to maintain reliability and improve performance.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze product usage. You can refuse cookies, but some features may not work properly without them.

When you purchase credits or subscriptions for Kling Motion Control, payments are processed by third-party providers. We store your credit balance and transaction history but do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, health data) and do not knowingly collect data from children. Users under 18 are not permitted to use Kling Motion Control. We do not use your uploads or generated videos for unrelated purposes.

We use collected information to deliver and improve Kling Motion Control's motion-transfer service—processing generation requests, preserving character identity, managing credits, communicating about account or service updates, and analyzing usage to improve reliability.

We implement safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information and generated videos. Our AI systems include safety checks to reduce harmful or inappropriate outputs. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may exercise the following rights over the personal data associated with your account:

• Access: ask for confirmation that we process your personal data and request a copy of that data.

• Correction: ask us to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete account information.

• Deletion: ask us to delete personal data, uploaded content, or generated content associated with your account.

• Account closure: ask us to close your account and begin deletion of the personal data linked to it.

To submit a request, email support@klingmotion.com from the email address associated with your account. State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or account closure; identify the relevant account or content; and provide enough detail for us to process the request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized requests.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days after verifying your identity. If a request is complex or numerous, we may take longer where permitted by law and will tell you the reason and expected completion date. We will also explain if we cannot fulfill all or part of a request.

Account closure does not automatically cancel obligations already incurred. Some information may be retained for the period necessary to meet security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, billing, dispute-resolution, legal-compliance, or Terms-enforcement obligations. Where retention is required, we will restrict the information to those purposes and delete or anonymize it when the retention period ends.

Kling Motion Control integrates with third-party services for payments, analytics, hosting, and content delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum information needed for the services to function.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Please review periodically for updates.
