When you use Kling Motion Control, we process the character image, motion reference video (or a motion clip you select), prompts, optional audio, and the generated video outputs. We do not use your uploaded or generated content for model training without your explicit consent.

When you access or use our services, we automatically collect device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, feature usage, session duration) to maintain reliability and improve performance.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze product usage. You can refuse cookies, but some features may not work properly without them.

When you purchase credits or subscriptions for Kling Motion Control, payments are processed by third-party providers. We store your credit balance and transaction history but do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, health data) and do not collect data from children under 13. We do not use your uploads or generated videos for unrelated purposes.

We use collected information to deliver and improve Kling Motion Control's motion-transfer service—processing generation requests, preserving character identity, managing credits, communicating about account or service updates, and analyzing usage to improve reliability.

We implement safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information and generated videos. Our AI systems include safety checks to reduce harmful or inappropriate outputs. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Kling Motion Control integrates with third-party services for payments, analytics, hosting, and content delivery. These providers have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum information needed for the services to function.
